LAN and TAM merge

LAN Airlines (Chile) and TAM Airlines (Brazil) merged in June to form LATAM Airlines Group S.A. (Santiago, Chile). It will service 150 destinations in 22 countries. Frequent-flyer programs will continue and be shared.
