This month’s winner is GLENN NAKADATE of Boulder City, NV:
I was in Ireland a few years ago and made the obligatory pub stop to order a Guinness. Just as I was going to taste it, one of the pub habitués asked if I knew the correct way to drink it. I replied, “No, but I am sure you will enlighten me.”
He said to use your finger or a toothpick to write a figure “8” on the top of the head. When you finish the drink, you should still see the 8 at the bottom.
I asked, “What if I don’t see it?”
He replied, “Well, you do it again until you get it right.”
