Celebrating 500 years of printing in the city, the “Leipzig imPRESSES” exhibit, March 28-Oct. 4, 2015, includes 15th-century plates from the first printer in Leipzig, prints from Martin Luther and sheet music plus working printing presses.
The Museum for the Printing Arts (Nonnenstraße 38, 04229, Leipzig, Germany; phone +49 341 231 620, www.druckkunst-museum.de) is open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Mon.-Fri. and 11-5 Sun. €6 (near $6.80) adult or €1.50 child.
