In Santiago, Chile, Sky Costanera, the highest man-made lookout point in South America, opened in August 2015 at the top of the Gran Torre Santiago building at the Costanera Center (Avenida Andrés Bello 2425, Providencia, Santiago, Chile; phone +562 29169200, www.skycostanera.cl/en/start). An express elevator can take 45 people up to the 61st floor in 40 seconds for views of La Moneda Palace, the National Stadium and the Mapocho River.
