Kabul bombing

A suicide bomber killed at least four people and injured 13 others when he detonated his bomb in central Kabul, Afghanistan, on Oct. 31. The Islamist militant group Daesh (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack. A spokesperson from the Kabul police department said that the bomber was believed to have been between the ages of 12 and 13.
