Saga refund guarantee

With the “Love it First Time” satisfaction guarantee, British cruise company Saga (phone +44 1303 771 190, travel.saga.co.uk) is offering a complete refund and airfare home to travelers taking their first ocean cruise with Saga, aboard the Sapphire or Pearl II ships, who are not happy with their trip.

Travelers unhappy with their cruise who, within a certain time period, inform the Hotel Director of their desire to be refunded will fly home from the next port and be refunded the entire fare. The time period is 72 hours from the beginning of a cruise seven nights or longer or 48 hours on a cruise less than seven nights. Additional purchases, such as travel insurance, will not be refunded.

To qualify for the offer the cruise must be sailing between April 2017 and March 2018, and the travelers must be aged 50 or over. Canceling a cruise before the departure will still incur monetary penalties.
