Continent Tours or Palace Tours

My husband and I want to travel to Senegal and The Gambia October 2012 and wish to hear from anyone who has used Palace Tours or Continent Tours. Are they reputable companies? If anyone has traveled with another tour company, that information would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you have toured these countries we would appreciate your feedback,negative or positive. hodgcj

Both companies have past client lists on their websites.
It appears Continent Tours has offices in West Africa.
I think your best bet is to select a few of the past travelers who Continent Tours have listed on their website, ask the company for the contact information for 3 or 4 of these past travelers, and contact at least two. Ask them pointed questions. Their past customers are listed under "Customer Stories"
There is no better way to predict the level of service they will offer you than to communicate with past travelers.
