Am traveling back to Antarctica next year and plan on couple day layover in Buenos Aires on way down. Looking for recommendations for good hotels in central Buenos Aires that are not overly pricy. Thanks.

We stayed at Ayres de Recoleta Plaza and loved it. It was actually a studio apartment with small kitchen and breakfast included. Our stay was part of a package so I don't know the individual nightly rate. We saved money by cooking in some nights. Good reviews on Trip Advisor. http://www.ayresderecoletaplaza.com/
