Travel agencies for Vietnam

I'm planning a trip to Vietnam and have contacted several agencies for private guides. Has anyone dealt with any of the following agencies? Travel with Teri, Indochina Odyssey tours, Wild Card Adventures?

Haven't used those, but I had a good experience with Tonkin Travel on my last trip to Vietnam. In general, Vietnam is very easy traveling and I don't bother with an agency, but I wanted a little help for Sapa.

We used Scott Wild for our trip to Burma and Laos last year and were totally pleased with his ideas and attention to detail. We had private guides who were excellent, and Scott presented us with good options in both countries.
