Couple of suggestions come to mind. 1. www.untours.com they have apartment rentals in Barcelona and Andalusia for one or two weeks and can supplyyou with a rental car and some help in suggesting places to visit. 2. www.ricksteves.com can help with travel tips and itineraries and recommend economy hotels / spas.
