We used them on a trip to Italy. They met us at the airport, bussed us to rental car agency and we caravaned to our
residence. We had a meeting telling us the do's and don'ts and traffic laws. They left contact information in case
we needed help or further information. We were on our own to travel and visit places that we were interested in.

The apartment was nice, located on a winery and we got to know the owners, very friendly people. We have many fond memories of that trip.
