Natura Travel de Colombia arranged a trip to the archaeological sites in southern Colombia for a friend and myself in 2012. The itinerary was excellent as was the guide and the company was easy to deal with. I found them reliable and reputable. They do not take credit cards, so I had to wire-transfer 50% of the fee in advance, and the final balance 30 days before the beginning of the trip.

My wife and I were very happy with the arrangements made by Colombia Highlands Tours for our July 2015 trip to Colombia. Their website is www.colombianhighlands.com . Their email address is info@colombianhighlands.com . We worked with Carolina; she did a great job. Note that most of their customers are relatively young; we're not. It wasn't a problem.

As noted in the previous comment, both agencies required us to pay with wire-transfers instead of credit cards. Apparently that's common in Colombia.
