Diane Embree of Bali Barong Tours did a fantastic job of booking a Pandaw Cruise in Viet Nam and then an extension in Bali. Her Bali tours are unique...ex: a day in a small village, making offerings, playing gamelan, making a coconut leaf hat. There were many adjustments that needed to be made regarding the river cruise but Diane went the extra mile for us and made sure we were compensated for all the changes. She is highly recommended.
