We are traveling with Viking through China, ending in Beijing. While with Viking in Beijing we will see the Great Wall, Sacred Way, Ming Dynasty tombs, Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and grounds plus attend The Legend of Kung Fu performance. I would like to extend our time in Beijing by two days, using a private guide to see other sites. I am looking for recommendations on "Not to be Missed" sites, ones to give a pass on, and the names and contact information for private guides to show us around. Thank you!

I used China Travel and Vera for a trip to China this past October on the recommendation from another ITN reader. I was not disappointed. She did a fantastic job for us. Vera can arrange a guide with car and driver for you after your Viking tour. I thought the pricing was reasonable, and we got a lot of personal attention.
