<p>I am joining a birding tour in Japan. I want to come in two days early and spend some transition time within a 90 minute distance from Narita Airport. I do not want to stay in Tokyo. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Anyone been to Chiba or Ibaraki prefectures? Thanks.</p>
