Machu Picchu Photography Restrictions

<p>Hello,</p><p>We will be traveling to Machu Picchu. I would like to take a DSLR camera with a long lens (75-300mm). Has anyone had difficulty bringing this type of equipment into the ruins ? I understand the restrictions have changed sveral times of the years. &nbsp;Thanks for your help.</p>

Thanks for the reply. I also have an 18-55mm lens on an APS C camera and a Fuji bridge camera that is the equivalent of 24-720 mm on a full frame. Just want to be prepared for all types of potential images. Thanks for you advice.........

Any thoughts pr experience using a mirrorless camera for this kind of setup?

I've been around the world and have tried different long lens and keep coming back to my 18x135 Canon on my DSLR in fact I have sold all my long lens and have recorded 10 thousand slides and 5 thousand shots on film
