I'm hoping to drive from Alberta to Yellowknife this summer. My travel vehicle is a small front wheel drive van. Would I expect any difficulty with traction or clearance? Any qualms about traveling as a solitary older woman? I want to spend at least a day on the Mackenzie River--any ideas on accomplishing that? What has been your experience with mosquitoes in the summer? MGJ
