I am thinking of traveling with this tour company to east Africa but I cannot find any reviews on the Internet. I would appreciate feedback from those who traveled with Spiekermann. steve cummings

Twice to Egypt, Once to Lebanon/Syria/Jordan

While I can't give you any info on Spiekermann's tours to East Africa, I can tell you that on the 3 private tours Spiekermann arranged for us - once to Lebanon/Syria/Jordan and twice to Egypt - their service was great. Advance planning was simple via phone & email. Hotels, tour guides were good. Itinerary suggestions were very good. Ihab Zaki, Spiekermann's owner, is Egyptian and his Mideast expertise provided us with memorable tours.
