I have traveled with both Spiekermann and OAT. On my last Spiekermann trip the guide was good on logistics, but poor on information. Many times we were left to wander around sites while he smoked and talked on his cell phone. Also I had poor customer service from both the guide and the company after a problem occured on the trip.
