guide and driver in Holguin, Cuba

I am heading to Cuba in a month or so. I am staying only five days, which does not give me enough time to do everything I want. I will be in Holguin for the entire time. I am interested in a guide for four of those days, and a driver, as there other places I want to visit. Any and all help with those items, or even places to go see, would be really appreciated.
