Cross-Culture Journeys

I would appreciate feedback, both pros and cons, about Cross-Culture Journeys 12 White Pine Road Amherst, MA 01002 We are considering a trip to Portugal that they offer thru an alumni association but since we seldom take group tours we are not familiar with this company. If you have suggestions for another agency that does small or custom tours to Portugal we would also like to explore that option. Thanks in advance.
