Scandinavia escorted tours with Smartours or other co.

I am planning to book a tours to visit the 4 countries of scandinavia with my 73 year old mom, something she always wanted to see, with her age I am more comfortable to do it with a tour co. and be escorted, We will do St. Petersburgh on our own via ferry to skip the visa issue. Anyone been on this tours with recommendations or used another company they could recommed. Also anyone with knowledge of taking the over night ferry to St Petersburgh from Helsinki and staying on a tour or independently or hotel recommendations? Thanks so so much
