<p>I&#39;m planning a 3-week private tour of Sri Lanka for 4 people, and looking for a Sri Lankan in-bound tour operator to handle all arrangements - car, driver, guides, accomodations, etc. &nbsp;I&#39;d appreciate any and all recommendations. Thanks.</p>

I did a tour with Exodus (UK) in Sri Lanka and it was handled by Kash Venture Travels (http://kvtholidays.com/index.php). The main office is in New Delhi.  Their arrangements were excellent. Be sure to visit Nuwara Eliya, one of the old Hill Stations.

I arranged my travel in Sri Lanka through Boutique Sri Lanka - http://boutiquesrilanka.com/ - the driver they provided was excellent. You can pick the hotels you want from their website. I enjoyed reading about the trip you took to Sri Lanka, and wanted to thank you for recommending these your operators.  I always get good info from ITN subscribers.
