We are going on a Viking River Cruise Moscow to St. Petersburgh mid-August thru early September. My wife is inquiring about the temperature and what clothing she should plan to wear? Dress for late summer or early Fall? Thanks You for any advise you may have.

Several years ago my husband and I took the cruise from St. Petersburg to Moscow in August. We had unusually hot weather that we did not expect, so we wore our only short-sleeved shirts & shorts day after day!!
